Founders, Gil Priel and Eli Tene, possess more than 50 years of relevant senior management experience in leading, managing and investing in real estate.

Gil Priel – Founder and Managing Partner

Gil Priel has been involved in the real estate industry since 1978, starting with the private equity acquisition and management of several office buildings in the Los Angeles area.
In 1979 he became President of Priel Investment Properties, Inc. followed by becoming President of Peak Financial Partners, Inc. in 1991, and more recently acting as Managing Director of Peak Capital Group, LLC., a fund in partnership with New York based MSD Capital. Priel manages the financial operations of the Peak Corporate Network.He has worked in all phases of the real estate industry including land development, management, financing and disposition with all the product types. Priel is also very active in the financing side with portfolio lending for commercial and residential properties plus the acquisition of non-performing debt and broken development projects. His expertise with distress opportunities has spanned many cycles. Priel has concluded over $350mm in real estate transactions including most recently the development of a 450,000 square foot retail outlet center in Texas.Priel has been called on to speak at various media outlets as well as other speaking engagements. Priel has his BA from CSUN and a JD from Southwestern School of Law.

Eli Tene – Founder and Managing Partner

Eli Tene specializes in complex and creative residential and commercial real estate transactions, equity-based joint ventures, foreclosures, debt and equity financing, loss mitigation and the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has perfected the art of residential and commercial short sale, negotiating thousands of successful transactions. He managed a broad spectrum of real estate portfolios, and gained invaluable experience in pricing and analysis. As an expert source of information about the distressed real estate market, Tene has been sought out regularly as a guest and consultant for a wide array of media outlets including The Los Angeles Times; Business Week; KCAL9; CBS; and radio shows such as Talking Money and Business Hour. Tene received his education at California State University, Northridge.
