Grace Soueidan | Chief Operating Officer
Grace Soueidan, with over fifteen years of multi-faceted Operations experience in the real estate industry, is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Peak Corporate Network entities. Soueidan initiates and directs the execution of operating policies, initiates business development processes, and establishes and implements short-term and long-range planning policies in support of strategic business objectives.
Prior to joining the Peak Corporate Network entities, Soueidan was COO for Glen Oaks Escrow, Managing Director for TAE International and held executive positions in the mortgage financing and home construction lending divisions for Indymac Bank, a major Southern California banking institution. Soueidan has successfully developed policies and procedures that align business unit production with operations and she has a strong working knowledge of all lending, accounting, operational, accountability and management practices.
Soueidan resides in Pasadena, California with her husband and two children.
