Jeff Lisiniccia | Chief Financial Officer
With 19 years of experience, Mr. Lisinicchia specializes in accounting for the mortgage and banking industry and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Peak Corporate Network. Lisinicchia oversees the accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis for all of Peak’s affiliated entities. He offers an enhanced level of financial and cross-market analysis to ensure Peak’s competitive edge.
Lisinicchia is a Certified Public Accountant and boasts a proud record of accomplishments in both public and privately-held companies. He began his career with the “Big 4” accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in the audits of financial services companies, including banks, mortgage companies, and savings & loan institutions. He subsequently became the Assistant Vice President of Financial Reporting at Meridian Bancorp, a $15 billion bank holding company that was ultimately acquired by Wachovia Bancorp. Jeff continued his career at GMAC Mortgage Corporation, one of the nation’s leading mortgage lending and servicing companies, where he held several high-profile management positions during his tenure including: Manager of Financial Reporting for all of GMAC Mortgage Corporations’ consolidated entities, and Chief Financial Officer for GMAC Mortgage Corp’s Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). In 1999 he was selected by senior management to oversee the integration of all accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions for ditech.com, which his company had recently acquired.
Before joining the Peak Corporate Network, Lisinicchia was the first CFO for Greenlight Financial Services, a nationwide retail and wholesale mortgage lender. During his 6 year tenure, the company grew from approximately 150 to over 750 employees. Lisinicchia managed all accounting, treasury, financial reporting, investor relations, and human resources for the Company. He also was responsible for securing and managing over $500 million in credit and mortgage purchase facilities with large banking and Wall Street institutions including UBS Financial, Wells Fargo, Citicorp, and Countrywide Financial.
Jeff received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from the LeBow School of Business at Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA). He is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. Jeff also serves on the Board of Governors of the Drexel University Alumni Association and is the regional chairperson of the organization’s Southern California Ambassadors Program.
