Geographic Focus

• Western United States (California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Florida). Other states and major metropolitan areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Typical Investment Size

• $2 to $50 million. Investments outside this criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Typical Investment-to-Value

• 50% to 80%

Typical Holding Period

•  6 months to five years
