GIL PRIEL, FOUNDER

Gil Priel began his 30-year real estate career in investment and development by privately funding a group of commercial real estate acquisitions in the Los Angeles area. In 1980, Priel was appointed Vice President of Gor Construction and Development and followed as President of Priel Investment Properties, Inc. Ten years later, Priel joined forces with Eli Tene to build the Corporate Network. Priel received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and holds a Law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

ELI TENE, FOUNDER

Eli Tene specializes in equity-based joint ventures, foreclosures, residential and commercial real estate, debt and equity financing, loss mitigation and the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has negotiated thousands of short sale transactions, managed various real estate portfolios, and gained invaluable experience in pricing and analysis. Tene received his education from California State University, Northridge.
